Yes, Kirk, I remember that game too and how Chuck was such a great player.  Chuck always made me laugh.  He was constantly saying or doing something that made the school day better.  But he did so later in life whenever he or our families met at some event.  Chuck was never without a smile.  Another memory I have is that his family and mine both belonged to the same club when we were kids.  We would have fun at the organization's Christmas party together every year, mostly running around the dance floor when the band took a break.  I will deeply miss him. 

You know, I'm starting to wonder who put on Cheryl's profile, her or her husband or both?  I did know both Cheryl and Chris in high school.  They were in my homeroom and I got along with both of them and found both of them very nice.  Chris always treated me well, was a fun and nice guy, and has been a great friend throughout the years.  I was very saddened to hear of his passing.  I haven't seen Cheryl since high school but remember her as being a friend and good person, not vicious like this.  I was very surprised at "her" post on Chris and thought that it was a terrible thing to say no matter what has happened between them years ago. 

What I didn't understand was her profile.  Has anyone else checked hers out?  On there she lists her husband's name and after it, says that he is VERY HATEFUL.  Then if you read in her Questions and Comments section, she lists him as a "GREAT GUY" and "He is the best thing that ever happened to me" and her High Point since high school was "marrying Jim".  These all conflict with the first description.  When I first read this post in January, I wondered if Cheryl was having a medical problem, herself, to be so contrary that way and to lash out so at Chris after all this time.   

Now, after reading this latest comment which says it is "her husband" that has posted all of this, I am wondering if Cheryl posted the beginning of her profile, but it was her husband that answered all of the questions.  This, then, would show that Chris may not have been the bad person here and Cheryl may be in an abusive marriage. 

Either that or their both just crazy!   I hope Cheryl finds better peace in life.
